Based on the knowledge and over 25 years of experience in the healthcare market, we provide comprehensive services to medical entities, providing each of our clients with professional care.
Our offer is adjusted to both owners and managers of public and private institutions, as well as private and industry investors and investment funds interested in launching new medical businesses or investing in already operating medical entities. We also provide business consulting services to other entities (including developers, insurance brokers, law firms) who do not operate on the healthcare market on a daily basis.

Mission
Using high professional competences and many years of experience in the industry gained in Poland and abroad, we effectively consult on the management and development of medical facilities. By implementing modern systems and solutions, we help owners and managers of medical facilities to implement their strategies, founding bodies to efficiently supervise the functioning of medical entities for which they are founders, and investors to optimize their investments in the medical market, while increasing benefits for patients.

Managing Partner
a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Poznań, specializing in capital investments and financial strategies of enterprises, has nearly 10 years of professional experience in medical consulting, in FORMEDIS Medical Management & Consulting from the very beginning of its activity, specializes in health economics (in his professional career he acted, among others, as an advisor for health economics of the Ministry of Health) and transaction advisory for medical institutions and industry investors, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of Formedis Medical Management&Consulting.
Piotr Magdziarz
Managing Partner
founder of FORMEDIS Medical Management & Consulting, expert in the private market of medical services and specialist in the field of healthcare management; has 25 years of experience in the medical industry, previously the founder and President of the Management Board of the Poznań Medical Agency HELP (1991-1999), and President of the Management Board and Managing Director of the Intermedica network of ophthalmic clinics (1999-2010), expert in the restructuring of healthcare entities in the Ministry of Health, graduate of postgraduate studies in the organization and management of the health service of the Medical University of Poznań and construction at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.

a health care manager with experience in managing medical entities, including primarily public hospitals, as a director or president of the board. A specialist in the field of restructuring of medical enterprises and developing assumptions and strategic and operational goals. In the past, the Representative of the Management Board of EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A. for the implementation of recovery programs; President of the Management Board of Szpital Specjalistyczny w Kościerzynie Sp. z o.o., President of the Management Board of Szpital Powiatu Bytowskiego Sp. z o.o. in Bytów; and currently a member of the Supreme Council of the Polish Federation of Hospitals and an independent expert on the healthcare market.
Michał Hess
Partner
architect with 15 years of experience on the market and partner of Formedis Design. Expert in designing health care facilities in accordance with statutory requirements and standards; many years of experience in designing, managing and coordinating projects. He has been running an architectural studio since 1998. It implements projects of public utility facilities - especially health care facilities, and projects to revitalize buildings in the area of old town buildings, as well as service and catering facilities. In the past, the Director of the Investment Projects Office at EMC Instytut Medyczny S.A., during his professional career, he designed, i.a., for the Lexummedica network of ophthalmic clinics and such public hospitals as: SPZOZ in Kościan, Public Clinical Hospital No. 2 in Poznań, Provincial Integrated Hospital in Kielce.

Beata Piguła

Master of Public Health with a specialization in management in health care at the Medical University of Karol Marcinkowski in Poznań. She graduated from the 1st edition of the Formedis Academy, and is currently the project coordinator. Her professional interests include personnel issues in health care, monitoring and improvement of the quality of services provided by public entities, as well as hospital epidemiology.

Her professional interests include law in the field of health protection and protection of personal data in medical entities. She has experience in working in law firms and medical institutions.
